Code of Conduct

Pinewoods Golf

The following Code of Conduct is meant to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for all guests, members and employees. Pinewoods Golf is committed to ensuring a safe work and leisure environment that is free from harassment, bullying, discrimination and intimidation. These standards are assumed consent when on the property or paying/participating in golf, driving range or dining services. Failure to comply with the below Code of Conduct may result in removal from the property with no refunds.  

  • Abusive language towards staff, volunteers or other golfers will not be tolerated 
  • Groups of 4 only. Only people who have paid a green fee are permitted on the course. Non golfers are not permitted on the course unless having paid a green fee and are registered in the system 
  • No member or guest should be on the golf course or driving range when the course is not open to the pubic 
  • Every person on the golf course should have a tee time and be registered in the system 
  • Golfers must repair ball marks, replace divots and rake bunkers 
  • Intentional damage to the golf course, range, golf carts or other property will result in immediate removal. This includes but is not limited to- damage on the greens intentional or otherwise, abuse of power carts (donuts, hitting them with clubs, under aged golfers driving), hitting cubs into the ground, throwing clubs 
  • Outside alcohol will be removed and you may be asked to leave as per the LLBO rules and regulations  
  • Pinewoods Golf reserves the right to ask any member or guest to leave the premise. This may result in no refund and a ban from the property 
  • Follow pace of play of 15 minutes a hole. Faster groups should be waved through, but when the tee sheet is busy, groups must pick up and putt and keep up with the group in front of them. No exceptions 
  • Power and push carts are not permitted on tee boxes, fringes or greens 
  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive power carts 
  • Each golfer must have their own set of clubs to ensure pace of play 
  • Shirts and shorts or pants must be worn at all times. No bathing suits or beach attire 
  • Members and guests must follow the instruction of all staff and volunteers at all times
