Role and Responsibilities 

• Prepare and plate food items as directed 
• Able to follow menu and recipe instructions  
• Ensure food meets quality standards 
• Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and safe food handling  
• Sanitization of kitchen equipment 
• Clean dishes and cookware to standard 
• Use equipment as per instructions 
•  keep work spaces clean and sanitized 
• Other duties that may be assigned 

Experience 

• Experience working in a kitchen environment or restaurant 
• Excellent customer service skills 

Education 

• Food Handlers Certificate is an asset 
• First Aid is an asset
